Terms of Service — aiko ai
These terms explain what you can expect from aiko ai and what aiko ai expects from you. Please read them before creating an account.

1. Agreement
These terms form a binding agreement between you and aiko ai covering all use of the website at aiko-ai.com and the companion chat service provided through it.
2. Acceptance
By accessing any part of aiko ai you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, you must stop using the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher, to use aiko ai. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately.
4. Nature of the service
aiko ai provides conversation with fictional companion characters produced by automated systems. The service is offered for entertainment and companionship.
5. Fictional characters
Every companion is an invented character. Names, images, ages, biographies and locations are creative content and do not represent real individuals, living or otherwise.
6. No professional advice
Nothing produced within aiko ai is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For matters of that kind you should consult a qualified professional.
7. Emergency situations
aiko ai is not a crisis service. If you or another person is in danger, contact the emergency services in your area straight away.
8. Account creation
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date for as long as your account remains open.
9. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
10. One account per person
Accounts are personal. You may not share, transfer, resell or allow another person to use your aiko ai account.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use aiko ai for unlawful purposes, harassment of others, distribution of malicious code, or any activity that damages the service or its users.
12. Prohibited content
You may not submit material that is illegal, that involves minors in any sexual context, that promotes violence, or that infringes the rights of a third party.
13. Automated access
Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading and automated interaction with aiko ai outside the provided interface are not permitted without written consent.
14. Reverse engineering
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise derive the underlying systems that operate aiko ai.
15. Interference
Any attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass the security of aiko ai infrastructure is a serious breach of these terms.
16. User submissions
You remain responsible for what you send through the service and confirm that you have the right to send it.
17. Licence to operate
You grant aiko ai the limited licence needed to store, process and transmit your submissions for the sole purpose of operating the service for you.
18. Intellectual property
The aiko ai name, character designs, imagery, written content, layout and code are protected and remain the property of aiko ai or its licensors.
19. Limited personal licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use aiko ai for your own private purposes.
20. Restrictions on content use
Reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation of aiko ai imagery and text without written permission is prohibited.
21. Paid plans
Where paid features are offered, the price, billing period and included features are shown before purchase and payment authorises the stated charge.
22. Renewals
Subscription plans, if offered, renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand through your account settings.
23. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
24. Refunds
Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, payments already made for a completed period are non-refundable.
25. Price changes
Prices may change for future periods. Notice will be given in advance and any change applies only after the current period ends.
26. Availability
aiko ai is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control may interrupt access without notice.
27. Changes to the service
Features may be added, modified or withdrawn as the product develops. We will avoid removing core functionality without good reason.
28. Third-party destinations
Links may take you to websites operated by others. aiko ai does not control those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or practices.
29. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aiko ai is supplied without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
30. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, aiko ai is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
31. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify aiko ai against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service.
32. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where it is reasonable to give it.
33. Effect of termination
On termination your licence ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property and liability terms, continue to apply.
34. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and the unenforceable part is applied to the greatest extent allowed.
35. Entire agreement
These terms together with the Privacy Policy make up the entire agreement between you and aiko ai regarding the service.
36. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's place of establishment. Updated versions take effect from the revision date shown below and continued use signals acceptance.
